A monk turned doctor turned actor, his involvement with Prayas began in its earliest days when he was still a medic student, and as if that was not enough of a challenge, he directed the 2010 show of ‘Beyond the Land of Hattamala’. He says it’s to keep him from becoming a “boring” doctor, although his flatmates would surely not call him that. He has a tendency to regale them with impromptu ragas at… interesting… hours of the night.
